Pay the rental/service charge shown above; for bookings more than two days away, we save a card reference and place the $300 refundable security deposit authorization two days before your rental starts. The deposit is not captured unless equipment is damaged or not returned.
Cancellation policy
  • Cancel 48+ hours before your rental start β€” full rental refund; any deposit hold is released (for far-out bookings, the deposit hold isn't placed until 2 days before your rental).
  • Cancel 24–48 hours before start β€” 50% rental refund; deposit hold released.
  • Cancel less than 24 hours before start, or no-show β€” no rental refund; deposit hold released.
