Do I need to bring my own tennis balls?The machine holds 80–100 balls. Tennis balls are not included by default. You can bring your own or add unopened cans for +$5 per can on the booking page. Each can includes 3 new balls.
How does the deposit work?Your rental/service fee is charged at booking. Stripe also places a separate $300 security deposit hold on your card. Once you return the machine undamaged, we release the deposit hold.
Is the machine difficult to use?Not at all. We provide a quick tutorial video, and you can also get a demo when picking up. Most people are ready to play in 5 minutes.
Can I use it on any tennis court?Yes. The machine is battery-powered, so no outlet needed. Use it on public courts, club courts, or your own court — no ServeBot membership required.
Where is the pickup location?Self pickup and self return details are provided after booking confirmation. We also offer delivery + return pickup within 15 miles for +$25 total.
What if the machine has issues during my rental?Contact us immediately and we’ll troubleshoot or arrange a replacement. Your satisfaction is guaranteed.
